These Terms and Conditions govern participation in all services, programs, courses, professional learning units (PLUs), retreats, coaching, consulting engagements, and digital products offered by Learning Little People, LLC (LLP). By registering for, purchasing, or participating in any LLP offering, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing LLP services or registering for any course or program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with registration or participation.
2. Registration and Payment
All registrations require full payment before accessing course materials, services, or events unless otherwise stated in writing by LLP. Registration confirms your intent to participate and reserves your space in the selected offering. LLP reserves the right to deny or revoke access for failure to comply with payment terms or participant expectations.
3. Refund and Transfer Policy
All registration fees are nonrefundable.
Registration fees are transferable from one LLP course to another, subject to the following conditions:

Transfer requests must be submitted via email to admin@learninglittlepeople.com

Requests must include the original course title and the desired transfer course

Transfers must occur before coursework begins or within 10 calendar days of course start

Only one PLU or credit will be awarded per registration fee

Transfers are not permitted after coursework has progressed beyond the allowable transfer window.
4. Course Access, Extensions, and Completion
Most LLP professional learning courses are structured as 45-day programs unless otherwise stated.

Coursework not completed within 45 days may be eligible for a one-time 15-day extension for an additional fee

No extensions are granted beyond 60 total days

Failure to complete coursework within the allowed timeframe may result in forfeiture of credit without refund
Participants are responsible for monitoring their progress and submission deadlines.
5. Attendance and Participation
Some courses include optional or required live sessions. If live sessions are offered, participants are responsible for attending or completing alternative participation requirements, such as written reflections when provided.
LLP is not responsible for missed sessions due to participant scheduling conflicts or technology issues.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, documents, frameworks, recordings, and content provided by LLP are the intellectual property of Learning Little People, LLC.
Participants may not:

Share, reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials

Record live sessions without written permission

Use LLP materials for commercial purposes without authorization
Materials are provided for individual professional learning use only.

7. Participant Expectations and Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally in all LLP spaces, including online platforms, live sessions, and collaborative activities. LLP reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates these Terms, without refund.
8. Technology Requirements
Participants are responsible for securing reliable internet access and compatible devices to participate in online coursework, live sessions, and digital platforms such as Canvas or Zoom.
LLP is not liable for access issues resulting from participant technology limitations.
9. Data Use and Privacy
LLP collects limited personal information necessary for registration, communication, course access, and credentialing.
Participant data will not be sold or shared outside of required reporting to credentialing bodies or partners when applicable. Aggregate or anonymized data may be used for program evaluation and improvement.
10. Limitation of Liability
Participation in LLP programs is voluntary. LLP is not responsible for outcomes related to employment decisions, certification approval, district policies, or individual professional advancement.
LLP shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in its services.
11. Modifications to Terms
Learning Little People, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the LLP website and apply to future registrations.
