Google Certified Educator Level 1

The focus of this professional study is for participants to learn how they can utilize the Google Suite for Education and show their proficiency in applying these tools into their curriculum and schools. The Google Certified Educator Level One Certification recognizes and validates individuals' ability to integrate technology into education.
 
Prerequisites:
-Hold instructional leader certification.
-Have access to a computer with internet connection.
-Must NOT already be Google Certified (on any level)​

Requirements:
Participants will take this course via Google Classroom or through the online course, Teachable, depending on the facilitator. Participants are required to have a Google account for this course. Modules are set up for the participants to study and follow along for each Google Application. For successful completion of this course and to earn 1 PLU, participants must successfully complete and pass the Google Certified Educator exam within or after the final 2 weeks of this course. If the exam is taken and not passed, participants may retake the exam until it is passed. PLUs will NOT be awarded until each participant provides proof that they have completed and passed the exam.​​

This entire PLU will be online and will not require any face-to-face meetings. After successful completion of this professional study's components, you will receive one (1) PLU.
