E. Littleton has been nothing short of amazing. Branching out as an entrepreneur has been so scary. Each time I reached out to her, she made available time for me. She has walked me through step by step as to what I need to to do make a meaningful impression on the students and staff members I work with. She's gentle and very patient. I'm so appreciative of her time and expertise.

Collaborating with Learning Little People has been pretty good. Years ago when we first connected, it put me in a situation where it challenged me to be the best that I can be related to education and how technology can impact administrators. We collaborated by bouncing ideas back and forth with each other. Erica was able to take my ideas, thoughts, and passions and just roll with that information. Once she took that, she would come back with more ideas, a game plan, and action items. She would assist and help me understand what I needed to do to connect with those I'm trying to impact in education. Erica is quite involved and really puts in the effort to work with people. She focuses on how she can enhance what others are endeavoring to do and shows them a different route that they can take.

Erica Jewel Littleton knows her stuff. She stands very confidently yet humbly in her gift and skillset to serve others. She is well-rounded and has a heart to empower collaboration. That's very vital for any type of culture. It's so necessary that as business owners and aspiring leaders that we know how to collaborate with others. Paul Solarz says, "Collaboration allows us to know more than what we are capable of knowing by ourselves." One thing I can speak to truly is that Erica Littleton has a way of pulling brilliant minds together. She has a very genuine spirit about doing this and she thoroughly enjoys pushing aspiring leaders to the next level, allowing them to grab hold of who they are and how they show up in the world, helping them to embrace what they have to offer the world. She shows them how to get there and how to network with others around them even when they don't know the way and are unsure as to what the next steps should be. Over the years, the numerous times that I've had the opportunity to collaborate with her, I never felt at any level that there was a sense of competition yet a push and a drive for collaboration. You will not regret it. She is one that will hold your hand through the process. She will give you brilliant ideas. She will help you to lean in and to take the leap that you may have been holding back on for so very long. Erica Jewel Littleton is certainly a leader that seeks to empower others to collaborate at a level that they never even thought of or knew about.
