Description/Abstract: Today's classrooms are mixed with students from a variety of academic  diver-

sities. These students have various learning styles, skill levels, and come from multiple different cultures, which pose a challenge for teachers. In order to achieve success, teachers must meet the need of all students through differentiating their instructional methods and monitoring student's progress towards proficiency with meaningful and purposeful assessments. This course will explore the methodologies of Differentiated Instruction (DI) and its effectiveness when closing the achievement gaps across all grade levels.

Participants who complete all coursework will earn 1 ACLD PLU.

This PLU will expire in three years.
